We are proud of the investment, time and energy we put into training and developing all of our staff. All of our warehouse operators are performing at or above NVQ level 2 with the majority of Managers holding NVQ's at level 4 or 5.

We believe in cross training our staff and have flexible working practices in place that enable us to respond quickly and effectively to both seasonal and unexpected increases in customer requirements.
