Online access to stock information
Online access to stock information includes the full audit trail for each customer. Our customers are able to check their stock levels and order progress whenever they want to.
Scheduled Email Reports
In addition to real time stock information over the internet. Our system will automatically send customers a wide variety of stock information and despatch reports direct to their inbox, ready for when they come into work each day.
One of the great strengths of our stock control system is the ability to extract and report on all aspects stock activity and management. The vast majority of reports are written in-house and can be easily customised to meet the needs of our customers.
Many of our customers make use of bespoke consignment /delivery notes, which can be automatically generated from our system include their logos, addresses and terms and conditions etc.
Electronic Data Interchange
While we are able to process orders by email, phone, fax or post, many customers supply us with an electronic order file generated from their accounts or purchasing systems. On receipt we validate and process the file, allocating stock and orders automatically.
We already have interfaces for the majority of Sage accounts packages and are able to create interfaces for the majority of other systems at very short notice.
We routinely generate outbound data interchange files which can be sent automatically or on request for customers to upload into their own invoicing or stock systems.
For Internet fulfillment customers we can send ‘your order has been despatched’ emails and include links to the order tracking systems of the appropriate courier.
